An HST glides along a section of line needing no introduction, as you can see, the weather was just getting ready for the loco-hauled Paignton train

2C67 Cardiff to Paignton was today (and yesterday) formed by both Royal Class 67s. Just a shame the weather didn't want to behave. The forecast before just 6 hours before I left home was for full sun ALL DAY! Bloody liars!

150127 was workin 2C69 from Cardiff to Plymouth and is seen looking across from Shaldon to the opposite bank of the River Teign

Also viewed across the river was this CrossCountry Class 221 heading to Plymouth

We moved out location slightly closer to Shaldon bridge for this shot, but were presented with sun on the foreground and..........well bugger all else, just as an XC HST turned up. This was the best I could do with the shot but you should see the original!
